Madison Lotano

Hi, I'm Madison (Maddy) Lotano, a communications professional with a passion for creative work, making memorable moments, and bringing ideas to life. I graduated in 2023 from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, a concentration in Public Relations, and a minor in Music Industry.
 
After graduation, I built upon my academic foundation by working as the Marketing and Development Intern at Caroga Lake Music Festival, followed by an incredible opportunity participating in the highly competitive Disney College Program. I’ve since returned to my hometown of Dalton, Massachusetts, where I currently serve as the Member Relations Manager at Berkshire Hills Country Club. In this role, I manage internal and external communications, run the social media, plan events, handle daily financial tasks, and oversee administrative, HR, and member relations duties.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me reading psychological thrillers, writing short stories, or planning my next adventure.
